Discuss Your Requirement

Before You Request A Quote

What is the minimum order quantity?

Send the product, pack size and target volume. The export team will confirm the minimum order quantity for your specification and label requirements before you place an order.

How is production lead time confirmed?

Share your required delivery date and destination port. Ask for a production schedule based on raw-material availability, packaging, label approval and order volume. Confirm the schedule in your quotation before planning shipment.

How can I request samples for evaluation?

Send the product, cut style, packing medium and delivery country. Ask the export team to confirm sample availability, preparation time and any sample or courier charges before arranging delivery.

What should I prepare for OEM or private label?

Prepare your product specification, can or jar size, recipe, label artwork, destination market and target volume. Ask the export team to confirm production feasibility and the documents required for your market.

How do I confirm packing and container loading?

Use the packing tables as a starting point. Ask for a product-specific packing sheet showing net weight, drained weight, units per carton and loading quantity for your selected container and pallet arrangement.

Which certificates should I request?

Tell the export team which certificates your buyer or market requires. Request the current certificate and verify its product scope, factory and validity before ordering. The Halal page explains the scope for canned pineapple and lychee.
